A Change For Danny

I received a swift response from John Glen informing me that as this was a ministerial matter, I needed to contact him via the public enquiries route.

John Glen is the Economic Secretary to the Treasury. Under his remit, he is responsible for financial services, including Insurance. We have emailed him today regarding the Change For Danny campaign

On the 1st of April 2021, and having been over a month with no further correspondence, I wrote to Karen at RSA Insurance Group to advise that I would be putting this website live.

It wasn’t until the 23rd February 2021 that I got a response from RSA Insurance Group regarding my query and request to open up the discussion around the 14-day “no claim” clause

On 18th January 2021, Karen from RSA Insurance Group Customer Relations Team contacted me to discuss the email exchanges I’d had with Alex.

After receiving a reply from Alex at RSA Insurance Group on the 18th of December, it wasn’t until after the Christmas period that I was able to contact him again with a response.

After several attempts to contact Sam from RSA Insurance Group (initially to answer his question regarding where their answer would be published), I received a reply from Alex on the 18th of December after just over two weeks without a response.

On the 7th December 2020, I wrote an email to Tesco Pet Insurance and addressed the Tesco Customer Relations department.

A few days after Danny had sadly passed away, I reached out to the PR team at RSA to ask to speak to someone to discuss the 14-day “no-claim” clause.
